Community Health Needs
L.E. Phillips-Libertas Treatment Center is a service of HSHS St. Joseph's and Sacred Heart hospitals. Our team collaborates with Chippewa and Eau Claire County community members and agencies to assess top health concerns and develop targeted action plans to address them. Both hospitals offer educational classes, showcase events with national speakers, local support groups, and resource information to address the top health needs.
