To help Libertas carry out its vital health card mission, you
may express your caring in various ways:
Libertas Program Fund
Unrestricted gifts are used to support the services and programs for
adolescents and related operational costs.
Libertas Endowment Fund
Gifts for endowment are added to the permanent Libertas Endowment Fund and will
generate income year after year and sustain the mission of the treatment
center.
Planned Gifts
Lifetime and estate gift opportunities offer tax-wise benefits to persons
interested in supporting Libertas through any of a variety of planned
gift vehicles. Included are the following:

Memorial and Tribute Gifts
To make a gift in memory or honor of a special person, please send check payable to
Libertas to Development Office, 1701 Dousman Street, Green Bay , WI
54303. Donor will receive an acknowledgement and receipt; a card is sent to
whomever the donor wishes to be notified that such a gift has been received.
Undesignated memorial and tribute gifts as well as undesignated bequests are
added to endowment, perpetuating both the recognition of persons honored and the
benefit of such gifts to future patients served by Libertas.
