Relapse Program

Recovery from chemical dependency is a difficult process. When relapse occurs, it is a devastating issue that needs to be dealt with. The L. E. Phillips-Libertas Center's Relapse Program is designed to provide an environment for self- evaluation and to assist the individual in dealing with the triggers that contribute to relapse. A Relapse Prevention Group is available on an outpatient basis as well as an inpatient Relapse.
