St. Croix Correctional Center Alcohol and Drug Abuse Program
L. E. Phillips-Libertas Center has a contact with the Wisconsin Division of
Corrections - St. Croix Correctional Center at New Richmond, Wisconsin to
provide alcohol and drug abuse adduction, assessment, individual, group
and family counseling to inmates and their families. This unique program
enables us to further develop our knowledge and skills in working with the
criminal offender.
Children Come First Program
L.E. Phillips-Libertas Center has a contract with Chippewa County
Department of Human Services to administer the Children Come First
program (CCF). The purpose of CCF is to coordinate services to best
meet the identified needs of at-risk youth and adolescents in Chippewa
County. Prevention, counseling, consultation, risk management and
family involvement are the primary components of the program that
assist in renewing the clients' focus and positively transforming
the individual's life.
