Children Come First Program

L.E. Phillips-Libertas Center has a contract with Chippewa County Department of Human Services to administer the Children Come First program (CCF). The purpose of CCF is to coordinate services to best meet the identified needs of at-risk youth and adolescents in Chippewa County. Prevention, counseling, consultation, risk management and family involvement are the primary components of the program that assist in renewing the clients' focus and positively transforming the individual's life.
