The Adult Outpatient Treatment Program

allows the patient to fulfill an essential element of healing - assuming responsibility for his or her own recovery.

Outpatient treatment planning takes into account physical, social, educational, vocational, psychological and spiritual needs, as well as the environment in which the person lives. Each person's situation is unique. So is treatment - it is personalized to respect and respond to individual needs, problems and circumstances.

The program begins with prompt and professional identification, assessment, diagnosis and treatment.

Participants receive help to recover and rebuild their lives through:

    Individual Evaluation
    Education Sessions
    Group Therapy
    Social Interaction
    Family Participation
    Family Education

Treatment is based on the philosophy of the medical model of addiction and integrates both the 12-step and Matrix Models.

Suboxone Treatment

Suboxone treatment is now available at L.E. Phillips-Libertas Center for the treatment of prescription drug addiction. Opioid prescription painkillers help many people effectively manage their pain. However, for some people, taking these painkillers can lead to opioid dependence, a medical condition that impacts almost 2 million Americans. Learn more about Suboxone treatment.

Relapse Program

Recovery from chemical dependency is a difficult process. When relapse occurs, it is a devastating issue that needs to be dealt with. The L. E. Phillips-Libertas Center's relapse program is designed to provide an environment for self-evaluation and to assist the individual in dealing with the triggers that contribute to relapse. Relapse prevention groups are available on an inpatient and outpatient basis.
